Personal Movement Assessment

Every person that comes through our doors receives a personal joint by joint movement assessment with a coach, complete with strength balance testing and a conditioning test. The 1 on 1 private assessment lasts 60-75 minutes and will be the most valuable hour of fitness you have had in a long time.

Personal Performance Coaching

High Performance is for everyone. Whether it is a 50 mile ultra marathon or a pain free 5 minute walk with your friends, Private Performance coaching is the most effective way to accomplish your goals. If you are ready to make serious changes, this is for you. Available in person and remote.

Racecraft Program

Racecraft provides individual coaching specifically for motocross and offroad racers both in the gym and on the bike. Whether you hare looking for a do-it-yourself program to follow along with daily, or highly individualized coaching for factory level racers, there is a Racecraft plan for you.
