For those who are looking to get a quick sweat on and get back to work, school, or play. 30 minute sessions with decreased complexity, but all the same intensity you can expect in a Regulus FIT class.
Olympic Weightlifting and strength training blocks individually programmed for you to complete during our scheduled weightlifting classes, or on your own. Great for improving strength and speed while also learning the technical olympic lifts.
